About LuisDrive

Auto insurance handled by one person, in the same words I would use sitting across from you.

The Idea Behind It

Insurance That Reads Like A Conversation

I started doing this because most policy paperwork seems written for a filing cabinet instead of a driver. The wording shifts between quotes, one protection answers to three different names, and the figure at the bottom shows up with no story behind it.

I run LuisDrive the other way round. I set out each option before anyone signs, put every limit beside the price it carries, and wait for your word before a thing moves. Selling you the biggest policy on the page is not the aim. Making the page clear enough that the right policy stands out on its own is.

Plain

I name each protection the way you would say it out loud.

Open

Price, limits and deductible all sit in one view.

What Shapes The Cover

Three Rules I Never Bend

One

Nothing Hidden In The Fine Print

I read out the exclusions early instead of leaving them near the back for you to trip over. When something falls outside your cover, you hear it from me while there is still room to fix it, not on the day you need the money.

Two

Cover Built Around The Driving

A short hop through quiet streets and a long run down the interstate carry very different risk. I shape your limits, deductible and extras around the driving you really do, never around an average driver who exists only on a chart.

Three

The Decision Stays With The Driver

Your quote stays open for as long as you need it. I run no countdown clock, I never pad a plan with cover you will not claim on, and I am still here if you step away and come back next month.

Held To A Standard

Written To Be Understood On The First Read

A policy is only worth holding if the person holding it knows what it does. So I keep my wording clear of the phrasing that sends you hunting for a translator, and I spell out the split between what gets repaired and what gets replaced long before you sign.

That carries on once your policy is live. My renewal notes tell you what moved and why. Claim steps reach you in order, with the paperwork for each stage listed in plain words. You can lift, trim or pause cover as life shifts, and none of it needs a second read.
